Expertise built on 15+ years of leading change

I help organisations create the clarity, culture and the capability they need to thrive. My work sits at the intersection of people, performance and organisational purpose. I’ve spent over 15 years leading people strategy, culture change, organisational design, complex ER and mergers/TUPE across charities, public bodies and membership organisations. That experience has shaped a calm, grounded approach built for environments where relationships matter, risks and rewards are high and leadership needs trusted support.

I had the privilege of working as the NHS Confederation’s executive coach, during Marie’s tenure as the Director of People and Governance at the NHS Confederation where she was integral to one of the most complex transformations I’ve seen. This included the merger of two organisations, navigating a period of transitional leadership while a permanent CEO was appointed, and designing and embedding a completely new operating model and Executive Committee.
